Belly Boo was a major success, and now Pangaea Dance Studio is working full gear on Bellies For Life 2010.
The 5th annual breast cancer fund raiser is scheduled for March 6th 2010 and is promised to be as spectacular, if not more, than the previous ones.
Producing this benefit night has been fun and very rewarding in the last years and we sure hope to see you again at the HighDive this year.

THIS is the semi annual event you have been waiting for! This is what will help you through this rough-biting-cold winter! (and coincidently this will help us produce Bellies For Life!)

Come and shop for a good cause - all items are donated by Pangaea dance members and friends, all proceeds go toward producing Bellies For Life and eventually to a Breast Cancer fund.

Reflections collaborates with Amasong

Pangaea Dance Studio and Amasong are putting a new meaning to the phrase "Sisters are doing it for themselves":

The dancers are excited about this opportunity to perform to live vocal music and are looking forward to it.

Gypsy Style Garage Sale on July 26th

The coolest event of the summer brought to you by the gypsy ladies of Pangaea Dance - a gypsy style garage sale, where you can shop for a good cause!

Pangaea dance studio is holding its semi-annual Gypsy Style Garage Sale, where all proceeds are going towards the seed money for producing Bellies For Life 2009.

• Where? 1101 W. Springfield Ave., Champaign
• When? A single day garage sale - starts on Saturday July 26th, at 8 AM till noon.
• What? All items are donated by Pangaea Dance members and their extremely supportive families and friends.
• What for? start up money for the annual breast cancer fund raiser - Bellies For Life.
• How can you help? We would love to see you amongst our shoppers, but if you have "stuff" taking up space in your home feel free to drop and run on Friday July 25th, between 6 and 7 PM.

March 20th, 2008: Bellies For Life 2008 raised over $2000

And this is all thanks to YOU, so please zagarit yourself, you've earned it!

Every single dollar of the $2200 and then some is donated to Y-Me organization, the Illinois chapter of the National Breast Cancer organization. Y-Me provides full fledge support services (from a hot line through lectures to workshops) for those whose lives were touched by breast cancer. To find out more about the organization go to Y-Me.org

August 25th 2007: The Gypsy Style Garage Sale was a huge success!

Thank you Urbanites and Champaignites for shopping at The Semi Annual Gypsy Style Garage Sale.
Many thanks for everyone that donated "stuff" to be sold. The sale raised about $860 (!!!) all of which will be used as seed money for Bellies for Life 2008. We expect most of this money not to be spent and be forwarded onto the breast cancer fund.

August 16th 2007: Bellies For Life 2008 is underway!

It is never too early to start planning for Bellies For Life, and the Pangaea Dance Studio members are already in full throttle:

• The HighDive secured its space for us for saturday March 8th (save the date!)
• We've sent out invitations to many a performer and already got numerous confirmations.
• 2 workshops (YES! TWO!) will be held on the Bellies For Life weekend - one with Chellcy and one with Sonya, both are from Chicago. Early registration is expected to start in December, via the Pangea Dance Studio site.
